Private one hour sessions

Your first session is comprised of an introduction to the Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES and includes advise on any modifications designed for your body type.

Private Sessions at Embrace Pilates Studio (Warkworth, ON) include working with STOTT PILATES Props and Equipment such as the Flex Band®, Fitness Circle® Resistance Ring, Toning Balls™, Foam Rollers, Stability Balls, Arc Barrell and The Spring Wall! Pilates Ball ~ Beginner / Intermediate

This barefoot class is a blend of Pilates, Low Impact Cardio, Swiss Stability Ball balance movements, Free weights and Pilates Flex Bands®STOTT PILATES. Using fun combinations and basic principles of stability, coordination and balance we just plain have a ball!

Yoga Fusion ~ Energizing

Unwind and soothe your body with a beautifully flowing combination of yoga postures (asana). This class calms your heart and reinforces an internal connection between mind, body & spirit. A natural flowing intuitive style yoga that incorporates a blend of poses that reinforce strength, balance and the open space within your body to enhance healing and effective bodily functions. Increases self-confidence, defines healthy muscles and inner balance. Fusion Yoga Style blends; a variety of Hatha Techniques.

Restorative Yoga ~ Rejuvenating

Floor based asana, for relaxing the mind and rejuvenating the body.

Yoga Therapy ~ Using a Chair

Perfect for those seeking an alternative restorative style yoga class due to mobility issues. Whether you are pre/post natal, dealing with injuries or experience issues due to the natural aging process this class is doable and fun.  You will discover safe and supported movements; using the support of a chair to enhance confidence and ability. Gently build strength, flexibility and safe range of motion. Learn to revive the body safely and effectively.

 

Power (Hot Fire) Yoga Intermediate Level

Sequence of Hatha focussed postures, structured to open and explore the body and breath. This class offers each student a challenging sequence to build heat within the body and warm muscles through repetitive postures/asanas. Experience this invigorating sequence to enhance our health and vitality, detoxifying our systems naturally. This class provides students with a stimulating pace and inspiration to let go of their inhibitions through movement. Room temperature is warm, not excessively hot.

 

Partner Yoga (Couples, Mom’s and kids)


Perfect for those seeking a fun alternative style class that is interactive and enhances your stretching capacity.  Great for the whole family!
