Alaria Ritchie has followed her own path of truth and happiness, this has led her to becoming a STOTT PILATES Instructor, a Yoga Instructor and Fitness Professional.  She has had a passion for the Swiss Ball since she started in the Pilates field and loves working with all Pilates equipment.

STOTT PILATES is a Canadian owned company that is at the forefront of Pilates Education, Equipment Manufacture and is a highly reputable source for Fitness Videos. It is an internationally recognized company and has contributed to the industry standard of excellence in Pilates instructors.

Full Pilates Certification includes training on specialized equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.

Alaria is working towards purchasing equipment for Embrace Pilates.

Personal Note

I look at life as a continual learning experience, everything I do, and everyone I come into contact with are here to teach me and help to me to grow and visa versa. As a teacher I embrace helping others to reach their goals and to become better connected with their bodies and ultimately themselves. There is nothing that gives me more pleasure than seeing people succeed and from that create happiness in their lives. As I grow and change I use life as a mirrored reflection and better myself with each new experience I have. I look forward to meeting new individuals and sharing mutual growth with them.

Take time to appreciate the smaller things in life, and smile its infectious!  Do what you love and love what you do.
